Harmana Chicory Vinegar – in Turkish “Hindiba Sirkesi” – is a herbal vinegar blend made by traditional natural fermentation and comes in a 250 ml bottle. Chicory, chia seeds, apricot fruit pulp and other herbal ingredients are added to a base of pineapple vinegar and apple cider vinegar, giving it a rich, balanced aroma.

The vinegar is unfiltered; because of the natural fermentation, sediment may form, which is part of the product's natural character. It can be mixed with water as a drink or used in various recipes.
