Zühre Ana Cocoa Hazelnut Cream – in Turkish “Kakaolu Fındık Kreması”, in German “Kakao-Haselnusscreme” – is a spreadable cream with 40% hazelnuts, made with cocoa and cocoa mass. It contains no additives and comes in a 315 g jar.

Besides hazelnuts, the recipe includes shea, hazelnut and coconut oils, dates, skimmed milk powder, 7% cocoa and chicory root fibre; the dates give the cream its own taste profile. Due to its natural structure, oil may separate on the surface – this is not a sign of spoilage, simply stir before use. At breakfast it is spread on bread, toast, crêpes and pancakes; in desserts it works as a filling or sauce, in baking as a flavour component and in smoothies as a flavouring.
