All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Shipping from Germany.

Your orders are prepared as soon as possible after payment confirmation and shipped via our partner carriers DHL or DPD. Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Delivery times may change due to public holidays, peak periods, or operational conditions of the shipping companies.

Europe Zone 1

Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg

Shipping is free for orders of 100 € or more.
For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is 9.90 €.

Germany

Shipping is free for orders of 100 € or more.
For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is 4.90 €.

France and Ireland

Shipping is free for orders of 125 € or more.
For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is 12.50 €.

Europe Zone 2

Austria, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden

Shipping is free for orders of 199 € or more.
For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is 19.90 €.

Europe Zone 3

Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Cyprus and Malta

For shipments to these countries, the shipping fee is 25.90 €.

Due to higher logistics costs and additional service fees, free shipping is not available for this zone.

Once your order has been shipped, you can track your shipment through the carrier’s system using the tracking number sent to you via email.
