Zühre Ana Cold-Pressed Pumpkin Seed Oil – in Turkish “Soğuk Sıkım Kabak Çekirdeği Yağı”, in German “Kürbiskernöl kaltgepresst” – is pressed from pumpkin seeds without heat and consists of 100% pumpkin seed oil. It contains no additives and comes in a 250 ml glass bottle.

It has a green-golden colour, a rich texture and a nutty aroma. In the kitchen the oil is used unheated: mixed with vinegar and salt for green or potato salads, drizzled over hummus and tahini dips, or as a few drops on cream soups. Even a small amount gives a dish a distinct flavour. It is made in Turkey.
