Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, counting from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can first create a return request at https://login.wenatur.com or, alternatively, contact us via email or written notification. Once your return request is approved, you may send the item back to us.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (WeNatur GmbH, Heinrich-Hertz-Str. 48, 40699 Erkrath/Germany, Email: info@wenatur.com, Phone: +49 211 828 313 69) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Additionally, to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can log in to your customer account at https://wenatur.com and use the "Withdrawal / Return Request" button on the page of the relevant order.

Exceptions and Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires prematurely in the following cases:

  • Perishable Goods: Contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Unsealed Hygiene and Health Products: Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (such as foodstuffs, food supplements, cosmetics, and cleaning products) if their seal, protective packaging, or cap has been removed after delivery. In these cases, the right of withdrawal completely lapses once the packaging is opened.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us (e.g., Express shipping) will not be reimbursed.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods as well as any additional costs arising from the return. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Return Process

  1. Log in to your account at https://login.wenatur.com.
  2. Select the order you wish to return and create your return request.
  3. After your request is reviewed, a confirmation and the return address will be sent to you via email.
  4. Send the product back to us no later than 14 days from the confirmation date.
  5. Once the product reaches us and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days using your original payment method, deducting the initial delivery charges and return shipping fees.
