Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the last item in your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may first submit a return request through https://login.wenatur.com. Alternatively, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by letter or email).

Once your return request has been approved, you may return the goods to us.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires prematurely in the following cases:

Perishable Goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Opened Hygiene and Health Products

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts relating to the supply of food products, food supplements, cosmetics, and cleaning products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal, protective packaging, or original closure has been removed or opened after delivery.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation of this contract.

Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us (such as express shipping) will not be refunded.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed with you, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

The direct cost of returning the goods, as well as any additional costs associated with the return, shall be borne by the customer.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Return Process

Log in to your customer account at https://login.wenatur.com.
Select the order you wish to return and submit a return request.
After reviewing your request, we will send you a confirmation email together with the return address.
Return the goods to us no later than 14 days after your return request has been approved.
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund, provided the return complies with our return policy. The refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.
