Cargo Tracking
Order tracking: on this page you can see the status of your WeNatur order. You can view your orders in your customer account or track your parcel with your tracking number directly with the carrier. For shipping terms, see our shipping policy.
How Order Tracking Works
1. In your customer account
Sign in with the email address you used for your order. Under "Orders" you can see the status of every order and its tracking link.
2. With your tracking number
You will receive your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has shipped. Depending on the carrier named in the email, use one of the boxes below.
It can take a few hours for tracking data to appear in the carrier’s system. You can also track your parcel directly with the carrier: DHL tracking or UPS tracking. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier usually makes another delivery attempt or leaves the parcel at a nearby pickup point. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us with your order number.
