Each bar weighs 35 g, 420 g in total.

All bars are based on date purée, which provides the sweetness; no refined sugar is added. The almond-pineapple bar contains 15% dried pineapple, 10% almonds, bromelain and vitamin D3; the apple-cinnamon bar 22% dried apple, cinnamon, vitamin D3 and three magnesium compounds; the blueberry bar almonds, cashews, blueberries, vitamin D3 and bacterial cultures. All bars are gluten-free and vegan.
