Harmana Psyllium Husk Powder – in Turkish “Karnıyarık Otu Tozu” – is made from the seed husks of the Plantago ovata plant and consists of a single ingredient with no additives. It comes in a 150 g glass jar.

The powder is finely ground, light beige and almost neutral in taste. It contains 78 g of fibre per 100 g and is gluten-free. It is easy to stir into water, yoghurt, kefir or smoothies and is also used in gluten-free doughs and breads.
