Bilge İlaç Pomegranate Matcha Vinegar – in Turkish “Narlı Matcha Sirkesi”, in German “Granatapfel-Matcha-Essig” – combines pomegranate and green tea extract with apple, mate leaf, hibiscus and heather leaf water. It comes in a 250 ml glass bottle.

The content is 25% pomegranate and 10% green tea extract, with deionised water as the base. The product contains naturally fermented vinegar, so some sediment after opening is normal. In the kitchen it is used in salads, sauces and dishes, or diluted with water as a drink. Its fruity pomegranate flavour is rounded off by notes of green tea and hibiscus.
