Antep Dried Peppers for Dolma (Dolmalık Biber Kurusu) – 45-50 pcs

Antep dried peppers for dolma – in Turkish “Antep Dolmalık Biber Kurusu” – are sun-dried sweet peppers for the traditional dried-dolma cooking of Antep. Large, round peppers are cored in season, strung and dried in the sun; they are 100% sweet pepper with no additives.

One pack contains about 45-50 pieces. Before use they are soaked briefly in hot water and then filled with a rice or minced-meat stuffing, often with pomegranate molasses. Sun-drying gives them a sweet, concentrated flavour; once cooked they turn tender while keeping their shape.
