WeNatur Giveaway Terms of Participation

Data Controller: Your personal data is processed by Wenatur GmbH in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).

Data Processed: Your Instagram username will be processed upon your participation in the relevant giveaway campaign. If you are a winner, your name, surname, delivery address, and phone number will be processed for the shipment of your prize.

Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing: This data is processed solely for the fair conclusion of the relevant giveaway, the determination of winners, and the delivery of prize packages to their recipients via shipping, within the framework of legal contractual obligations (DSGVO Article 6/1-b). Shared information will not be used for any other marketing activities or shared with third parties without the user's explicit consent.

Legal Age of Participation and Eligibility: Participation in our giveaways is legally subject to a minimum age limit. Unless otherwise specified in the relevant giveaway post, only natural persons who are 18 years of age or older and reside within European borders may participate. Participations of individuals below the specified age limit will be considered invalid.

General Principles of Prize Content: The scope, quantity, and content of the prizes to be awarded as a result of the giveaway are as announced in the relevant Instagram giveaway post. It is not possible to convert prizes and gift packages into cash (Keine Barauszahlung möglich), exchange them for another product, or transfer them to another person.

Use of Third-Party Giveaway Tools: To ensure that the process of identifying giveaway participants is completely transparent, fair, and impartial, comments made under the post and usernames will be technically drawn and processed using a third-party digital giveaway tool/software (e.g., Simpliers, Wask, etc.). All users participating in the giveaway are deemed to have accepted in advance that their usernames will be scanned by these independent digital tools and transferred to the giveaway pool.

Determination of Main and Reserve Winners: In giveaways, "Main Winners" are determined in number equal to the advertised prizes, and "Reserve Winners" are determined to prevent potential forfeiture of rights. Prize rights of main winners found not to have fully met the participation conditions (follow, like, tag, comment, etc.) will be canceled and transferred sequentially to the reserve winners.

Forfeiture of Rights and Statute of Limitations: Winners who receive a notification from our official account regarding the giveaway results must provide their valid name, surname, and delivery address information to us within the time period allotted to them (within 24 hours unless a specific period is stated in the relevant post) to claim their prizes. Winners who do not respond within this period or declare an incomplete/invalid address will lose all rights to the prize, and the right will sequentially pass to the reserve winners.

Data Retention Period: After the relevant giveaway process is fully completed, main or reserve winners are announced, and prize packages are smoothly delivered to their recipients via shipping, all address, communication, and identity data collected within the scope of the giveaway will be completely and permanently deleted from our systems.
