Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 150g yogurt (or strained yogurt)
  • 100ml milk (plant-based milk optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Zühre Ana Tropical Fruit Extract
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Toppings

  • Banana slices
  • Mango slices
  • Kiwi
  • Shredded coconut
  • Chia seeds
  • Granola
  • Fresh mint leaves

Preparation

  1. Place the frozen banana, yogurt, milk, and Zühre Ana Tropical Fruit Extract into a blender.
  2. Blend until thick and smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  4. Garnish with granola, fresh fruits, chia seeds, and shredded coconut.
  5. Serve immediately and cold.
