This food supplement, thanks to its spray form, can be used by spraying directly into the mouth (under the tongue). It is recommended for adults aged 11 and over to consume 1 puff (0.15 ml) per day. To support the absorption of Vitamin D3 and K2, it is recommended to use it with a meal containing fat or after meals.
